UK Comics indie self-publishers C2D4 Comics have been established since late 2007, with the release of the comic book 'Last of the Chickenheads'. Launching their branded products at Bristol Comics Expo in May 2008, C2D4 Comics are a partnership between artist-writer Tony Wicks and writer Martin Buxton, two Essex based comics creators intent on publishing unique and exciting original comics stories.
To date they have published parts one and two of 'Last of the Chickenheads', part one of 'Crowman', and their first graphic novel the 128 page 'Jack in the Box' which had its official launch at the British International Comics Show in Birmingham, on October 3rd 2009.
With other titles in the works, such as 'The Hack,' 'Alameda' and 'Henry Green', C2D4 Comics continue to exhibit at the UK's comics conventions, with the ambition of building on their growing reputation as creators and publishers of their own wildly original new titles.
